FireWiFi is hiring a Full-Time Shipping Support Associate.
This individual will need to be good with data entry, and tech savvy and willing to throw themselves into projects that they may not be familiar with.
Also need:
Great communication skills
Ability to resolve concerns while keeping one’s composure
Proficient in google docs.
Ability to learn quickly.

Team player
Phone skills
This position will be a crucial part of the team that ensures our customers get their packages timely and accurately. Our sales team will depend on them to fulfill orders. We are growing rapidly which means there may be new opportunities or special projects that come along. This individual will need to be a team player that can roll with unexpected changes as our company expands and adapts.
Pay is $11-12/hour depending on experience, and could go up from that if the right person is hired and shows the skills needed to grow.
