Gayle Manufacturing Company (GMC) is a Structural Steel Fabrication Company recruiting employees for our large new facility in Caldwell ID, as well as our plant in Nampa ID. GMC currently has openings offering excellent career opportunities for ambitious, responsible individuals to train in various production activities; including opportunities to train on and operate CNC Machinery.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Past experience in fabrication or forklift operation may be useful.
GMC trains employees extensively, so eagerness, energy, and desire to build a career are most important, and result in opportunities and advancement.
10 hour shifts (M-F) with some 8 hour Saturday shifts are common, and a shift incentive is paid to the select employees working on GMC’s 2nd Shift.
Compensation / Benefits:
GMC’s outstanding benefit package, includes employer-paid health insurance premiums as well as employer-funded retirement plans, PTO, and paid holidays.
Current starting Trainee payrate = $21 p/hr. with up to a $1 increase to $22 p/hr. when converted to Regular status at the 90 days employment milestone.
Employees are evaluated regularly and have the potential to greatly increase responsibilities and earnings.
Starting Annual Compensation Package including employer-paid health insurance premiums with normal overtime ranges from $65,000 to $84,000, which does not include GMC’s employer-funded retirement plans, PTO, and paid holidays.
