Ultimate Steel Erection (USE) is seeking individuals to assist in constructing pre-engineered steel buildings. Duties will include: -Assembly and installation of steel components -Erection of steel columns, beams, girts, and purlins. -Installation of wall side, roof panels, and insulation. Requirements: -Basic knowledge of construction practices (i.e. reading a tape measure, understanding blueprints, tool recognition) desired. -18 years or older. -Travel may be required (if required, USE will provide transportation and compensation). -Good physical condition; able to lift 50+ lbs. -Able to work full time (and frequent overtime) year round. -Drug free workplace. Pay Rate: -Starting wage - $13.00/hr -Possible higher starting wage based on experience and/or work ethic -Health benefits (including dental and vision) available to full time employees after 60 days. IRA available to full time employees after 1 year.
