Appointment Confirmer / Assistant

Caliber Home Solutions is a growing bath remodeling company that is currently seeking an experienced call center Sales Appointment Confirmer and Assistant to our Call Center Manager, for our Idaho Falls, ID office.
Requirements:
Qualified applicants will need to have excellent computer and communication skills, call center, inside sales experience, and customer service experience.
Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays. Must be able to resolve conflicts/issues, and must be self directed and efficient.
Previous management experience is a plus.
Job Description
1. Schedule, Map, and Confirm Appointments.
2. Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
3. Provide customer service.
4. Assist in managing Sales Reps schedules.
5. Quality Control Calls- You will be following up with appointments that were conducted from the previous day.
This current position starts at $25.00 per hour.

Experience level:
At least one year experience in scheduling is preferred.

40 Hours Per Week.
Weekly Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday - 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
