Collegiate Housing is looking for a qualified, pro-active on-site property manager for our 24 unit student housing complex in Pocatello, ID. Ideal candidate would have previous experience as a property manager with ambitious goals of increasing occupancy and revenue.
Duties to include:
Property oversight
Leasing apartments
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Draft and review all leases
Act as a representative of the company and maintain professional appearance and demeanor
Assess the property condition for repairs and maintenance
Schedule and oversee maintenance
Enforce community rules and regulations consistently and calmly
Support and encourage a neighborly community environment
Maintain personal boundaries in relation to residents
Scheduling, showing, and leasing apartments to prospective residents
Filling out rental applications
Providing excellent customer service to existing and prospective residents
Management of all vendor relationships
Additional customer service and administrative duties
