Crew Leader – Artistree Landscaping & Tree Service, LLC

We are growing and seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our maintenance division. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, values quality and efficiency, and inspires their crew to work safely and effectively.
Position Overview:
The Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing a landscaping crew in the completion of daily maintenance and service tasks. You will work closely with the Artistree Leadership Team to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to Artistree’s high standards. While primarily focused on maintenance operations, you will also support other Artistree divisions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and coach crew members while upholding Artistree’s core values and professional standards.
Ensure all work meets quality expectations, stays on schedule, and is completed safely.
Train and guide team members in proper techniques, equipment operation, and maintenance practices.
Monitor crew safety and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Maintain and operate landscaping tools, vehicles, and equipment in a clean, safe, and functional manner.
Communicate daily with the Production Supervisor regarding schedules, progress, and project needs.
Interact professionally with clients, team members, and other Artistree divisions.
Safely transport crews, tools, and materials to and from job sites.
Assist in managing daily expenses and coordinate with office staff for resource planning.
Provide labor support to other divisions as needed to meet company goals.
Qualifications:
3+ years of professional landscaping experience.
1+ years of landscape leadership or crew supervision experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, plant care, and equipment operation.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
