Duties:
- Supervise appropriately various projects simultaneously or intermittently
- Schedule daily operations for projects for all field employees
- Assess and analyze operational and financial risks that may be encountered during the execution of planned construction projects and take appropriate action
- Work together with project managers to ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Enhance commercial value of the business
- Appropriately advise the company in making decisions that are commercially viable
- Appropriately allocate work to project managers prioritized based on urgency and the needs of the customer
- Thoroughly explain technical information to clients or customers when the need arises
- Implement construction strategies upon which the completion of different projects will be based
- Oversee inventory of supplies to meet the needs of the field
- Ensure an open line of communication between field employees and management and with vendors and clients
- Coach and mentor employees with strategic planning for company growth

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 5 years on the job experience in a construction leadership experience
- Extensive experience in the construction industry, specifically in utility work
- Expertise in budgeting projects and maintaining proper budget throughout the duration of projects
- Expertise in managing projects to be completed on time and within budget
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
