Currently looking to hire an experienced arborist. My business is in the 3rd season and we have had good success building clients and expanding our fleet of equipment. I am the owner and am currently the lead climber/arborist in the field as well as estimator, office person, marketer, and logistic lead/scheduler. I am currently looking for someone to replace myself for a majority of the work that I normally do in the field. Ideally I find someone that I trust and can rely upon to perform proper pruning, follow safe work practices, deliver great quality work, lead the team, and deliver a great customer experience. This position would be full time with some flexibility offered if desired. Work would include mostly pruning and removals either climbing or from the bucket truck. The right person will become the number two in the business, as we grow, opportunity to lead more people and become an estimator will be available. Working with a smaller team and company has the benefit of having more varied work assignments, working closely with the same people, and having a boss that actually works on the jobs. Potentially as a drawback it would still be required to do some ground work and stump grinding. The vast majority of our work is in Boise and generally only as far west as Ten Mile RD and north to Eagle. I am building a company of real arborists who follow proper tree care standards. I strive to create a safe, quality work atmosphere and provide outstanding professional service to my clients.
Please respond with relevant tree service experience, training, and 2 references.
