Do you have experience operating a tractor and a knack for precision? We're seeking a reliable tractor operator to run our backhoe and skid steer digging utility trenches and grading roads.
Requirements:
- Proficient in operating tractors and related machinery
- Experience in land preparation, grading, and leveling
- Ability to work with precision
- Knowledge of safety protocols
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
Responsibilities:
- Operating provided tractor to clear and prepare land, utility trenching, grading roads and spreading gravel.
- Grading and leveling the ground to ensure stability and proper drainage
- Collaborating with team members to accurately complete the layout plans
- Ensuring a clean and safe work environment
-Willingness to take initiative and work with an ownership mentality while having a good attitude
