Local Property Management Company looking for a skilled cleaner to clean our rental properties. Seeking someone who is detailed oriented who can clean the listed areas of a vacant property, follow instructions and stay within budget. Common areas addressed during a move out: windows, blinds, kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, washing walls, fixtures, baseboards and various types of flooring. Cleaning supplies and equipment are provided; however candidate will need reliable transportation and a cellphone. No felonies within the last 10 years.
