Residential Property Maintenance Tech
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to represent a local property maintenance company. Our company is growing at a rapid rate and there is room for growth opportunities within the company.
Genesis Pro Solutions cares for Property Management Company maintenance projects and general repairs throughout Treasure Valley. We also handle small re-models and repairs for the general public. While working with us, you will have the opportunity to use many different skill sets each day and most days will have completely different types of jobs around the valley. We provide a company vehicle to drive while on the job, so a clean driving record is a must. Genesis also provides the tools necessary to complete each project.

Full-time / Year round position
Expectations:
The individual qualified for this position will be able to provide work in the following areas:
Painting and touch up
Minor plumbing - toilet repair and replacement, sink repair and garbage disposal install.
Minor electrical - Removal and install of new fixtures, outlets, and switches.
General framing and drywall
Minor flooring repairs
Minor appliance repair
Installations
Exterior repairs, assist with small landscape projects when needed
Complete maintenance repairs as directed by the maintenance coordinator
Must Haves:
-Personal skills to work with a maintenance team and tenants
-Be able to work on a schedule and problem solve
-A keen eye for quality work and clean space
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Clean background check
- Clean driving record to operate a company vehicle as needed
