We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in HVAC systems will be crucial in ensuring optimal performance and comfort for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and codes
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems
- Create and interpret schematics for HVAC system design
- Conduct equipment repairs as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Drive company van to various job sites
- Work collaboratively with property maintenance teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Proficiency in interpreting schematics for HVAC system design
- Strong mechanical aptitude for equipment repair
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus
- Certification in HVAC is required
