Hiring finish carpenters

Looking to hire a skilled carpenter, and I am willing to train a laborer for finish carpentry if needed. If experienced, you must know how to set doors, basic layout knowledge of closets, how to build windows, ceilings, crown, and detailed walls. Fast paced work environment so hustle is a must. we have a lot of work so we are always on the move. Im looking for a lead guy that can pull a trailer full of tools, and is willing to lead some of the best carpenters in the valley. Pay is based on experience and overtime is paid.
