Single Family Home Development Excavation/ Dry Utility Installation.
Job Description:
Foundation dig-out, dry utility installation, (water, sewer, and power) backfill, driveway prep, side/back yard @ finish grade.
Job Requirements: Must have 3-5 years' experience, will train to spec of development. Must have own transportation, be self-motivated and time efficient. Must be able to read plans and follow time deadlines, be proficient in running the following machines. Excavators, skid steers, Mini excavators, Plate packers. Must be mindful of machines to report maintenance and hold strong communication skills. We are looking for team players in this industry.
