Currently hiring for framing carpenters. Lots of work in the McCall area. Pay will depend on experience, however, with little to none will start off at a reasonable pay rate. Opportunity to grow hourly pay, will be reviewed with Owner and productivity produce by each individual We are looking to hire hardworking, dependable individuals for our company.
Job Description and skills:
-Must have physical strength/stamina - this job is very demanding (hard work pays off!)
-Must have attention to detail & take pride in their work.
-Hands on teaching and accepting constructive criticism for self growth to maintain quality work.
-Reading blueprints (a plus) if not will be shown on the job.
-Be open to working on weekends.
-Tools preferred (T-Square, tape measure, tool belt, and hammer).
