KIT Custom HomeBuilders is now hiring for construction workers at our indoor Production Plant in Caldwell, Idaho. Construction experience preferred but not required for all jobs. All jobs are full-time, year-round with insurance benefits.
All positions are scheduled to work Monday-Friday from 7:00 – 5:30 p.m. with guaranteed overtime. Hourly wage starts from $20.00+ per hour (plus overtime), dependent on experience.

Departments hiring are:
- Framing. Walls, floors, ceilings.
- Tape & Texture. Drywall taping and finishing.
- Painting & Touch-Up. Exterior painting & caulking/touch-up.
- Finish Carpentry. Molding and trim.
- Cabinetry. Building, laminating, and setting cabinets.
- Siding & Exteriors. Siding install, windows, and exterior finishing.
- Shinglers. Roofing installs.
Requirements:
- Experience preferred, but not required for all departments. Please list your specific experience on your application.
- Must be able and willing to work evening or Saturday overtime as needed.
- Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions at KIT. Must be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., as well as any required Saturday or later evening overtime.
