KIT Custom HomeBuilders is now hiring for multiple job openings at our Production Plant in Caldwell, Idaho. Construction experience preferred but not required.
These are full-time positions scheduled to work Monday-Friday from 7:00 – 5:30 p.m. with guaranteed overtime. Hourly wage starts from $16.00 per hour (plus overtime), dependent on experience.
$500 Signing Bonus paid after 60 days of employment!

Departments hiring and skills needed are:
- Framing. Walls, floors, ceilings.
- Tape & Texture. Drywall taping and finishing.
- Finish Carpentry. Molding, trim, cabinetry.
- Siding & Exteriors. Siding install, windows, and exterior finishing.
- Shinglers. Roofing installs.
Requirements:
- Experience preferred, but not required. Please list your specific experience on your application.
- Manufactured home experience is a plus.
- Must be able and willing to work daily overtime.
- Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions at KIT. Must be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., as well as any required Saturday or later evening overtime.
