Auto Techs- Industry not turning out like they said?
Guys, I have been to dozens of local shops, chains, and dealers… And boy do they have problems.
Bad environment- Dog eat dog, A for managers, and other toxic techs etc
No training or career advancement
Disorganized- No defined workflow to speed up getting work done.
Techs are not paid properly for their skills, training, efforts, AND billing ability!
Techs are treated like a number (dealers and chains)
In a nutshell- bad management!
