Responsibilities:
Perform day to day customer service tasks related to the Front Desk
Interact with customers (in person, via phone, via social media) regarding the scheduling of appointments
Take payment for services
Coordinate the daily schedule of therapists and their clients
Manage the in-house laundry process
Requirements
Bright personality
Strong multi-tasking skills
Responsible
Ability to work a varied schedule (days, evenings, weekends)
Previous customer service experience (or Front Desk experience)
