Oliver Finley Academy in Boise, Idaho is seeking an Esthetics Instructor for our Evening and/or Day classes. Come join our growing company and help us achieve the high standards of education we desire for our students.
An active Idaho Instructors License or equivalent Esthetics licensure with recent Salon experience is required.

A sincere passion for Esthetics and a desire to help others gain a wonderful education in the field is what we're looking for above all.
Experience with general software programs like Microsoft office products, Salon/school management software and Freedom/Fame is also desirable. Technology is definitely a large part of our Academy so a general comfort level with computers, iPads and peripheral computer products is helpful.
Required personal traits include poise, diplomacy, an even-temper, patience, and behavioral flexibility.
Clear communication and effective multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment are also desirable qualities. At minimum three years of performance as an Esthetician in the public field are necessary to apply for this position.
