We take pride in our employees and in living our values of Integrity, Safety, Servant Leadership, Respect, and Customer Focus.This position can be based out of either Fruitland ID, Meridian ID, La Grande OR, or West Des Moines IA.The primary responsibility of the IT HR/Payroll Business Analyst is to provide analytical and functional support to HR and Payroll systems. They do this by collaborating with business users and subject matter experts to define and implement Best Practices that will be utilized across the Woodgrain organization in support of business goals and objectives.This position requires high level of in-depth understanding of HCM/Payroll business and functional processes, strong analytical, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills and ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with other team members are essential for success in this role.This role is over the several HRIS systems that the company is using and will be a high level relationship and IT position.This is a high-Mid to Senior level role and the associated experience needed.

  • Prior SAP, SuccessFactors or project management experience a plus.
  • An understanding of and experience with H.R. and payroll business processes and terminology.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to juggle many tasks at one time while maintaining focus, quality of work and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work with a team and collaborate on a solution.
  • Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills
