COMPANY: Very fast growing digital marketing agency. Extreme growth - listed on Inc 5000's fastest growing companies for 4 consecutive years, listed as best place to work in Idaho. They have 50 onsite employees in Boise, ID & 30 off-site / offshore. (These numbers have about doubled in the past 2 years!).

PROJECT: This is a hunting role! This person will be generating leads, reaching out to C-Suite Executives via phone / email / LinkedIn.

MUST HAVES:- 2+ Years of sales experience in digital marketing, websites, SaaS lead generation, etc. (related to agency work) - Experience with CRM tools - Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo- Strong skills in Sales Navigator on - Experience writing sequencing ( Sales sequencing - developing pipelines and sequencing the frequency / type of outreach for business development) Might not have "sequencing" specifically, but a good understanding of layering outreach approaches & road mapping their call-list. Notes: No "candidates that have only been selling radio, looking for someone fresh / modern / just a bit of experience & a passion for it"

What we are looking for in a Sales Development Representative (SDR)
  • 1-2+ years of sales or lead generation experience
  • Familiar with Apollo, Outreach, Salesforce, or other CRM tools
  • You love Sales Navigator and are an expert on LinkedIn
  • Exceptional cold calling skills with the ability to book meetings

CompensationUncapped sales commissions with zero clawbacks and no probationary period before you start earning. We have a simple structure, every meeting you book is paid out AND you get an additional payout for every one of your deals that closes. Base + commission, you are in control of your earning potential.
