Job Description
We are seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to join our team! Bushland Roofing & Solar has been serving the Treasure Valley since 2018 and is currently looking for energetic, committed and self-motivated people to join its sales team. We are looking for a select few talented sales reps within the area. Each Sales rep will have unlimited earning potential and your income is solely determined by your willingness to put in the work.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Must be willing and able to go door to door and speak with customers about our services.
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers
Assist homeowners filling insurance claims for property damage due to storm damage/catastrophic events.
Work outdoors - independent - create your own schedule!
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred but not required
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Pickup truck (Year 2000 or newer) preferred but not required
Compensation:
Competitive commission: Average Sales Reps - Annual income ranges from 70K180K
Sales Reps are commission only (1099 contractors paid per roofing contract)
This job is 100% commission
Paid Training is available the first 2 weeks - assisting and working with our current sales reps.
