ACQUIRE and Company is looking for retail associates to join our team.This position will be a key role in our retail store in historic downtown Eagle, Idaho. We are located at 55 South 2nd Street.Are you adventurous, creative, inspired, ambitious, and hard-working? Let's talk!Responsibilities Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance Directs customers by escorting them to our products Advises customers by providing information on products Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, and store or other credit cards Use judgment to solve customer problems Maintains scheduling commitments Assists with merchandising, displays, inventory and other general shopkeeping and store-related duties Qualifications Friendly and outgoing personality Excellent verbal skills Able to self-start and proactively address issues and opportunities for improvement Excellent problem-solver Able lift more than twenty-five (25) pounds Comfortable with safely using a ladder Work well in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment Love working in a positive high-impact culture Must be available 3-4 days per week including some Saturdays (shift lengths may vary) Other Preferred Skills Prior retail experience Social media management Inventory management Learn more at acquireandco.com/careers.We are looking forward to starting the conversation!
