Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM
We are seeking a customer service-oriented individual with a friendly and helpful demeanor to join our team as a Part-Time Office Assistant. This position requires someone who is organized, efficient, and dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate personnel
Schedule service and repair call appointments
Respond to emails and other correspondence promptly and professionally
Maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible
Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets accurately
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred but not required
