We are looking for an Office Assistant Customer Service that is willing to grow with our small Plumbing Company. Our private office is located in Boise (Overland/Orchard).
Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 20-30 hours weekly. Pay is depending on experienced, pay is negotiable. We offer a very relaxed easy-going office atmosphere and will train the right individual!
Job details:
Applicant will preform administrative and office support activities. Strong communication, including a professional customer service skills. The position requires the ability to multi-task effectively. clerical work answering phone calls, making phone calls to obtain new clients. Maintain paperwork, file paperwork and update customer data base.
Requirement:
Minimum 1 year administrative experience
Customer Service skills
Good organizational skills
Trustworthy & Reliable
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills
Willing to listen and take directions
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
