Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a reliable Office Manager/Assistant to join our team and help us stay on track and ahead of the curve!

What You’ll Do:

Manage day-to-day office operations to include running materials to our crew's if needed.

Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments

Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.)

Maintain records, files, and office supplies

Support management with administrative tasks and special projects

Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Keep the workplace organized and efficient

Address ,Stamp and mail 500 post cards a week

Possibly work with the designer at our studio

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in office management or administrative support

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools

A proactive, can-do attitude

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Strong attention to detail and time management
