Duties:
Provide support to sales staff and customers
Track customer and vendor information on multiple platforms
Process federal registrations
Keep in constant contact with customers via phone email and US mail.
The ideal candidate will be:
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
Experienced in maintaining a paper filing system
Comfortable on the phone with customers
Comfortable navigating the internet and working on a multitude of websites simultaneously
A self-starter possessing the initiative to work with little supervision
Detail oriented
Able to switch gears quickly and efficiently
