Duties:
Track customer and vendor information on multiple platforms
Maintain records accurately, detail oriented, reliable repetition
Work in concert with other employees toward a common goal
Provide support to internal staff and customers
Handle a few payables for small/ limited vendor group
Process and manage new orders, monthly and Quarterly mailings
Create monthly and quarterly client lists and pull files for processing
Interact with customers daily via phone, email and US mail.
Product support and some purchase interaction with Clients
Learn and follow legal requirements and internal procedures as required
The ideal candidate will be:
Detail oriented
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
Experienced in maintaining a paper filing system
Comfortable on the phone with customers, helpful personality
Comfortable navigating the internet and working on a multitude of websites simultaneously
A self-starter possessing the initiative to work with limited supervision
Eager to learn new tasks, trainable, open minded, flexible
Able to switch gears quickly and efficiently
Caring and helpful attitude toward people we do business with
Environment:
The work pace is normally even paced with few urgent events. Processes are stable with monthly increases in productivity required for short durations. Quarterly events increase the work load for short durations. The incoming calls are limited but must be handled as they come in. The work flow is consistent throughout the calendar year. The work flow is repetitive at the record keeping level with interesting calls for creative thinking required at times, never boring. Our clients need us and the services we provide.
