Homeowners in Idaho do not know about the State and Federal Energy Credit Program. The 2009 Recovery Act gave Billions of our Tax Dollars to Energy Efficiency Programs around the country. Now ALL States are required to follow their own Energy Codes based upon climate and location.
90% of homes in Idaho are NOT up to date with our energy codes and our State received millions of federal dollars to encourage homes built before 2012 to get caught up. Right now the average homeowner is getting up to $2,000 for different weatherization services.
In order to qualify for these incentives, homeowners are required to get a Full Home Energy Audit using pressure testing and Thermal Imaging cameras to pinpoint energy loss and verify if the home actually needs any upgrades. Usually a Full home energy audit costs $300. Our company is trying to qualify as many homes as possible while these incentives are around and decided not to charge for the energy audit. We will make our profits providing the services. The more homes we qualify, the more money our company makes.
This is where you come in. We are looking for 3-4 people to help our team advertise this program and get as many homeowners qualified as possible. This is NOT a sales job. You are literally offering a valuable service in the energy audit at zero cost to the homeowner. You can choose $20 per hour plus $20 for every audit that’s ran, or you can forfeit the hourly and choose $50 for every audit you set up.
My top 3 reps are averaging 1 appointment per hour. Working 15-20 hours a week and setting 15-20 appointments. It’s very easy to make $50 per hour at this job. We have pay stubs to prove this, we do not over promise at this company.
