Job Title: Part-Time Warehouse Associate (Potential for Full-Time Transition) - Nutrition 2 Go

Department: Warehouse & Logistics

Location: Nampa, Idaho

Schedule: TBD 25-30 hours per week

Job Overview

Our Warehouse Department is at the core of our operations, ensuring smooth logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment of supplements, retail items, promotional merchandise, and equipment.

This Part-Time Warehouse Associate role offers an opportunity for career progression, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining accurate inventory management. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. You will play a key role in ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently and accurately.

Ensure all outgoing orders are placed in the designated UPS pickup area by 2 PM daily.

Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts, dollies, and pallet jacks safely.

Assemble boxes and lift packages ranging from 1 lb to 100 lbs.

Inventory Management & Organization

Receive and process incoming shipments from vendors and manufacturers.

Conduct inventory audits, monitor stock levels, and report shortages.

Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment in compliance with company cleanliness standards.

Communication & Team Collaboration

Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other team members to maintain efficiency.

Communicate effectively via email, spreadsheets, and word documents.

Learn and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure warehouse efficiency.

Training & Personal Growth

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Complete and submit weekly warehouse reports.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 100 lbs) safely.

✅ Experience with warehouse tools and equipment (forklift certification is a plus).

✅ Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).

✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

✅ Commitment to maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: DOE (review after 6 months, annual performance evaluations).

Pay Schedule: 10th & 25th of every month.

Time Tracking: Daily log reviewed each pay period.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
