Short-Term Rental Turnover Cleaner – Part-Time (1099)
Oak & Maple Property Management is a locally owned, woman-led business specializing in short-term rental management. We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team for turnover cleanings.
$35/hour, paid as a 1099 contractor
5–10 cleans per month to start
Must have a car, valid driver’s license, and clean background check
Previous cleaning experience and references preferred
All cleaning supplies provided on-site
Some laundry may be taken off-site or done at a local laundromat
