Bobby Combs RV Centers is a leading RV dealership with multiple locations, dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality RVs to our customers. We are looking for a skilled and motivated RV Technician to join our team at our Caldwell, Idaho location. If you have experience in RV repair, maintenance, or similar trades and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain RVs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, chassis, and slide-out systems.
Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure all systems are functional before customer pickup.
Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues, recommending appropriate repairs.
Perform general maintenance, including resealing roofs, installing accessories, and replacing parts.
Work with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines while handling tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an RV Technician or in a related field (automotive, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction).
Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of RV systems.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
RVIA Certification (preferred but not required).
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
