Schedule
The company operates from Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm. In this role, you are guaranteed three 10-hours shifts per week, and you will be on standby for moving jobs during your three designated days off. Moving jobs will be scheduled/planned in advance of your “off” days.
Qualifications
MUST be dynamic, high energy and eager to grow.
MUST be eligible to work in the United States.
MUST have reliable transportation to work with clean driver’s license.
MUST be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs, sometimes with a team.
MUST enjoy hard work, world class customer service and helping others.
MUST be able to pass a federal background check
MUST have availability to work on Saturdays.
Responsibilities
SAFELY operate trucks and equipment at all times, making sure inspections are performed in accordance with policy and regulations.
Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day.
Make logistical decisions with minimal oversight.
Make individual and team decisions to maximize team output.
Train new hires about the day-to-day operations and our core values.
