Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspection and Assessment: Conduct visual inspections to identify system issues, potential improvements, and areas that require cleaning or repair.
Air Duct Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of HVAC systems, including air ducts, vents, and major components, ensuring optimal system efficiency. You will be learning how HVAC systems operate and importance of system efficiency/longevity.
Equipment Operation: Operate specialized HVAC cleaning equipment and tools, following safety guidelines and company procedures.
Cleaning Procedures: Execute cleaning procedures according to industry standards, removing contaminants such as dust, debris, and mold, and restoring indoor air quality.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, equipment used, and any identified issues or recommendations for clients.
Customer Interaction: Interact with clients professionally, answering their questions, and providing excellent customer service while on-site.
Requirements:
No Experience Required: This is an entry-level position, and we welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the HVAC industry.
High School Diploma or Equivalent: A basic educational background is required.
Physical Fitness: This role requires physical stamina to lift and carry equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to perform thorough inspections and cleaning procedures.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and work in a team-oriented environment and must be able to have fun!
Valid Driver's License: A driver's license is necessary to travel to various job sites within the Boise area.
