CREW MEMBER/MOW CREW
Responsibilities:
Performing landscape maintenance duties as directed by Field Managers
Trimming
Pruning
Ability to operate various mowing and finishing equipment, performing labor functions, mulching, installation, etc.
Work in a team environment
Maintain a clean, professional appearance always
Perform other various duties assigned
Prior industry experience is not required
Hours are typically 40-45 per week, M-T (Some Fridays in the Spring)
Takes pride in the quality of work performed and be detailed oriented.
Some knowledge of grounds maintenance.
Some knowledge of planting, cultivating, pruning, spraying and trimming requirements of typical flowers, shrubs and trees.
Ability to work together with other team members to meet company standards every day.
Some Knowledge of maintenance equipment i.e. edger, blower, push mower, riding lawn mower.
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Pay:
$15-$25 DOE to start
