Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician needed at a group home in Payette, ID. Will need experience and skill in pest control, lawn care, mowing, weeding irrigation system maintenance, flower bed planting and care, repairing building structure, general plumbing repair, changing lights, snow removal in winter, inspection and maintenance of fire safety equipment, detectors and fire extinguishers, repairing pathways and driveways, painting and touch-ups, testing of security cameras and alarms, lighting maintenance, changing filters in HVAC systems, and repair of kitchen appliances. Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. This is a long-term assignment. Must have a clean driving record. A finger print background check and drug test will be a pre-employment requirement.
