I operate a small landscape company providing landscaping services in Boise and the surrounding areas. I have lots of work to do and looking for a couple awesome employees to come to work with me. Looking to start people no later than March 4th. We work on mostly multi-family residential and commercial properties. I am looking for people that want to grow with the company.
These are full time positions but may entertain a part time position for one crew member. We only work Monday through Friday. These are W-2 positions. I do not offer under the table or cash work.
I am asking that only people with experience apply. Meaning you can efficiently run all commercial landscape maintenance equipment such as stand on, walk behind and riding mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, etc. and have worked for lawncare company in the past. Starting pay is $18.50 - $20.50 per hour with a raise within the first 8 to 10 weeks typically. And if we are meeting expectation and goals, small bonuses will be given a few times a year.
What You’ll Do
-Maintain and improve clients’ landscapes by mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and applying products as directed.
-Use powered and hand tools, such as backpack blowers, mowers, string trimmers, shears, shovels, rakes, pruning tools, and spray packs.
-Load and unload equipment and debris from the truck and trailer.
-Work outside in all weather conditions
-Help with other projects such as laying sod, sprinkler repair and installation, installing rock or bark, and small landscape installation jobs

-Eager and quick to learn new tasks and maintain pace.
-Enjoy working with little supervision, working hard, and following instructions.
-Show up on time and ready for work each day.
-Have legal documentation to work in the United States.
-Be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, and squat.
-Able to lift up to 75 pounds daily.
-Valid drivers license with an insurable driving record. Meaning no DUI's or Misdemeanor citations.
I am easy to work with and work for but if you tend to take time off often, have lots of appointments, are sick a lot, or can't work in the elements this is not the job for you. I need people to show up daily, ready to work. I also work with employees to figure out 3 and 4 day weekends a few times during the season to allow long weekends to plan for trips.
