We are a residential construction company based in Eagle, Idaho. We are looking to hire a landscaping lead to take charge of our landscaping and irrigation team. We build completely custom homes with unique landscape designs. We are looking for someone who works hard, takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is able to set an example as a leader.
Full time job, hours may vary, paid medical benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of landscaping and irrigation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of landscaping and irrigation practices
- Ability to handle a constant physical load
- Strong communication skills
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Ability to teach other, less experienced, crew members about landscaping and irrigation practices
- Strong urge to provide a high quality product
- Skid steer, mini skid steer, mini excavator experience preferred
- Must be able to work full 40 hour weeks
Job Responsibilities
- Landscaping and irrigation installation
- Fencing installation
- Backfilling, grading, and installation prep work
- Keeping the landscaping crew on task and organized
- Communicating with the Next Level Project Coordinator
- Determining materials and supplies needed to complete jobs.
- Completing jobs on schedule and to a high quality
- Repairing irrigation lines
- Backfill, grading, and compacting for flatwork prep
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $22-25 (Based on experience)
