My company name is Four Seasons Insulation. We perform a lot of different kinds of weatherization services for residential home owners. The majority of homes we're performing blow-in attic insulation, air sealing top plates of walls, radiant barrier and installing solar attic fans. I have my lead tech Kevin, who has been with 2 years to help assist in training. You need to be in good shape for this job. You also need to be able and pass a drug test.
This is one of the highest paying jobs you can get in the construction field. My lead tech Kevin is making a minimum of $1,000-$1,400 per week. We work Monday through Friday and the average work day is 5-6 hours. This is not seasonal and we are busy year round. So I'm looking for someone that's serious about this. I will start you off at $20 per hour plus commission and after two weeks move you to $25 per hour plus commission. I'm only looking for one guy and I need to find someone ASAP.
