We are a construction company based in Caldwell, Idaho and are looking for laborers to become a part of our landscaping, irrigation and construction team. We are building duplex’s with landscaping. looking for people who work hard, take pride in their work, and maintain a positive attitude.
Full time job, hours may vary.
We will be busy through the winter.

Qualifications:
- No experience required but previous landscaping, irrigation and construction experience preferred
- Ability to handle a constant physical load
- Communication skills
- Ability to handle working in all elements
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Possessing a drive to learn and constantly improve
Job Responsibilities
- Landscaping and irrigation installation
- Fencing installation
- Backfilling, grading, and installation prep work
- Maintaining tools and keeping them organized
- Communicating with team members
- Completing jobs on schedule and to a high quality
- installing irrigation lines
