La compensación comienza @ 18 por hora para el salario de capacitación. NUESTROS EMPLEADOS PROMEDIAN ENTRE $50-60k. Por lo general, se tarda de 2 a 3 meses en aprender la posición. El salario aumenta según la ética de trabajo del solicitante y a medida que aumenta el conocimiento del solicitante sobre el negocio y el trabajo. Cuanto más rápido aprendas y más duro trabajes, más rápido obtendrás aumentos. El tiempo de viaje hacia y desde las lecherías es pagado. Las horas extras se pagan a tiempo y medio en todo lo que supere las 40 horas a la semana. La semana laboral promedio es de 40 a 45 horas. Fines de semana libres. Algunos viajes pagados requirieron viajes a Washington.

Agriculture Based Milk Testing Company looking for fulltime, permanent, hard -working individual that wants an opportunity to advance in our company. Days involve traveling to different dairies in a company vehicle where you will be responsible for the collection of data and individual samples from milking cows. You will be working closely to the animals. You will get dirty. You must be able to show up early, regardless of start time, spend long hours on your feet and have good attitude. Each dairy will have a different start time. Only qualifications are applicant must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Compensation starts @ $18 an hour for training wage. OUR EMPLOYEES AVERAGE BETWEEN $50-60k. It usually takes 2-3 months to learn the position. Pay is increased by the applicant’s work ethic and as applicant’s knowledge of the business and job grows. The faster you learn and the harder you work, the quicker you will get raises. Travel time to and from dairies is paid. Overtime is paid at time and a half on anything over 40 hours a week. Average work week is 40-45 hours. Weekends off. Some paid travel required to Washington.
