As the Staffing Coordinator / Central Supply you will coordinate day-to-day CNA & Nursing staff schedules. In addition, you will perform manual and clerical tasks in ordering, receiving and delivering vendor shipments within the nursing center.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have a current CNA license and be willing to work the floor, at times.
Prefer 1 year of experience in staffing, central supply and management.
Ability to creatively problem-solve scheduling and employee situations. Individual must be a team player, well organized, and flexible. Ability to work in a fast paced, high demand environment. Able to cover on call staffing after hours and on weekends.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience using a scheduling software
