About us
Monarch Behavioral Health is a locally owned, outpatient group counseling practice in Meridian, ID. Monarch was established in Meridian, Idaho in 2013. We are 1 large office conveniently located off the Eagle Rd exit. We recently expanded and doubled our current office size and are now getting close to being fully staffed. We are collaborative, fun and our goal is to do our best to help people in our community thrive.
We are pleased to be looking for two professional(s) to join our team that embodies similar values and are dedicated to the work we do at Monarch. While our original specialty was focused on treating children ages 2-8 using Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), we have grown to offer counseling services to all ages and treatment needs. We provide counseling services to children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples and families.
Currently, Monarch Behavioral Health is offering 2 therapist positions, full time or part time available (minimum of 20 hrs/week). The first position we are looking to fill is a therapist with training and/or experience working with children, adolescents and/or teens. The second position is for a therapist that works with adults, couples and /or families. This will be a W-2 position and compensation will be paid per billable hour. Candidate must be willing to work at a minimum 20 hours per week. We currently have a large wait list that allows us to fill schedules quickly. Monarch is a designated National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment site. Candidate must possess a LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LMFT and be current on all licensing requirements. We also welcome upcoming graduates to apply!

Starting wage is $36-$46/hr per billable hour, $68 for intakes plus bonus opportunities 2x/year, paid time off as well as paid administrative time. Monarch pays for 50% of your medical/dental/vision insurance as well as supplemental insurance if you desire. We offer retirement matching after 1 year of employment.
