Community Home Care LLC is an agency specializing in Personal Care, Attendant Care, and Homemaker Services. Staff responsibilities comprise Activities of Daily Living [ADL] assistance such as:
Eating and Meal Preparation,
Toileting, Bathing, Personal Hygiene, and Dressing
Mobility and Bed Transfers
Laundry and Housework
Shopping
Primary Responsibilities:
Improving member quality of life
ADL assistance and encouraging member independence
Documentation of service through progress notes & electronic verification
Completing a training & background check prior to service
