Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Personal care assistance
Medication and appointment reminders
Alzheimer’s Care (special training provided)
No previous experience necessary - skills training will be provided by Home Instead
REQUIREMENTS:
Live in Idaho and at least 18 years old
Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
Pass a nationwide criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
Have reliable transportation to drive to clients' homes.
Be reliable and on time
Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
Attend a three-day orientation training in our Boise classroom
Treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner
We have a variety of shifts available with competitive pay and benefits. Our shifts range ranging from 3 hours up to 10 hours.
