Role Overview
Cook
As a cook you'll be responsible for preparing menu items with precision, consistency, and efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Position Summary:
Prepare and cook menu items with attention to detail, flavor, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen area
Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times
Assist with prep work and stocking as needed
Communicate effectively with a positive attitude with our Kanak team
Monitor inventory and report low stock or equipment issues to management
Ability to multitask and follow directions
Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Maintain a calm and efficient demeanor in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Schedule: Thursday – Sunday in Cascade, Idaho
Thursday - Saturday 9:30 am - 8:30 pm
Sunday 9:30am - 3:30pm
Compensation: $24/hour plus tips
Drive/load up time 5 hours
44 total hours a week
Total Earnings a week: $1,056.00 plus tips

Role Overview
Cashier
Cashiers provide friendly, accurate, efficient customer service and providing a welcoming experience. As the first point of contact, this role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Position Summary
Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
Take orders accurately and answer menu-related questions
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash/card transactions
Package and hand out orders in a clean and efficient way
Maintain a clean, welcoming service area and dining space
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
Assist with restocking supplies and light cleaning tasks
Ability to lift 20-30 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Schedule: Thursday - Saturday 11:00am - 8:00pm
Sunday 11:00am - 3:00pm
Drive/load up time 5 hours
36 total hours a week
Compensation: $17.00/hour plus tips
Total Earnings a week: $612.00/week plus tips

Ideal Candidate Profile
Lives in the Boise area and can drive to Cascade, Idaho, weekly (Thursday – Sunday)
Dependable, professional, and customer service-oriented
Strong communication skills and team-focused
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
