Small chef run kitchen is hiring a new team member. We are Susina, A european inspired restaurant on the Boise bench. We are looking for someone to join our kitchen crew in prep/pantry role. You will be trained to be responsible for salads and desserts to start. All menu items are made from scratch. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to build their culinary skills while contributing to essential kitchen operations. Plenty of opportunity to grow and expand your culinary skills.
Position is full time Tuesday through Saturday with flexible prep day Tuesday and Service Wednesday through Saturday. If you are passionate or excited about food, wine, plants, foraging, service etc. then we may be a good fit for you to grow. Experience in service is a plus but not necessary.
