Location: Cascade, Idaho
Schedule: 3 Days/Week with the possibility of more days/hours (2 days covering manager days off, 1 day assisting alongside them)
Compensation: $15–$20/hour (DOE)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on individual or couple to support daily operations at our motel and RV park in Cascade, Idaho. This is a part-time, live-on-site role working 3 days per week: 2 days independently covering for our managers on their scheduled days off. 1 day assisting alongside them, helping with daily tasks and guest services
This is a physically active role ideal for someone who enjoys working both with people and behind the scenes—balancing cleaning, reservation management, and light property upkeep.

Enjoys variety in their day—cleaning rooms, answering phones, and helping guests
Can work independently when needed and collaboratively when part of a team
Has strong attention to detail and solid communication skills
Takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and guest-ready
Has hospitality or maintenance experience (preferred but not required)
Has their own RV (site provided with utilities- preferred but not required)
Key Responsibilities:
Clean motel rooms to a high standard between guest stays
Answer phone calls and manage motel/RV reservations
Greet and assist walk-in guests
Maintain clean common areas and general curb appeal of the property
Report maintenance issues to full-time managers
Cover the property independently for 2 days/week
Support the management team 1 day/week

Cascade is a small town in the mountains of central Idaho, about 2 hours north of Boise. It’s a favorite vacation destination for outdoor lovers, located just minutes from Lake Cascade, known for fishing, boating, and water sports. The area offers access to hiking trails, scenic drives, and a friendly, small-town atmosphere. Our property is also close to Cascade’s quaint downtown with local restaurants and shops.
