Responsibilities:

Assists with tasks and deliverables of the Logistics Manager.

Maintain the purchase order databases for the importer and brokerage businesses

Review PO’s for accuracy

Communicate with Sales force and/or Customers on orders received, corrections and order status

Troubleshoots issues that arise

Assists with general administration of import and brokerage partners.

Qualifications:

1 year of experience in a logistics related field

Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills

Must have a working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office and Teams

Excellent customer service orientation

Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

Work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, at our on-site warehouse.

Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds, and when needed, stand on your feet for long periods of time.

Must have a working knowledge of handling power tools (i.e., hammer, drill, screw driver, etc.).

Assists with tasks and deliverables of the Logistics Manager.
